When you sign-in (e.g. to look at your e-mails) the site asks for your id and then a password.
When I start to put in my id it shows what the id is.

Is there any way I can cancel this and then put it in again? By this I mean delete it completely and then start again.

You must have ticked a box that Internet Explorer pops up onto your screen when you signed in on a previous occassion asking you do you want Internet Explorer to remember your username and password and every time you go to sign in, your name will automatically enter the sign-in box to save you typing it in each time. When it appears simply click on it and it will go into the box right away. It is just to save you typing it in every time.
