Sikkens Rubbol Satura Plus

Hi,

I have searched but can't see anything recent.

I'm re-painting my banisters. Used Dulux water based gloss a couple of years ago but it hasn't fared well and looks worn from hands and rubbing.

Did a bit of research for something better. found Sikkens Rubbol Satura Plus. What do people think of this? Any other tips/suggestions?

Will the BM Advance go straight over the Dulux WB if I lightly sand/key it first?
