Silicon in gap between tile and shower tray

Do i have to grout the gap between my bottom tile and the shower tray then silicon? using dow corning
Or just silicon it straight off
Also will it be the same application for the internal corners?

Don't grout internal corners or the bath/tile joint - use your Dow Corning silicone in these areas.

Do i also need to seal the grout after application,if so which sealant do you suggest?

On the last stretch with the shower and have done everything i can to prevent leakage.tanked the wals recessed shower tray a little into walls,so the grouting is the last thing and with your advice it should be a waer tight job
