What sealant should I use to put around the uPVC windows and door frames and the brickwork? There are so many types I am completely lost. Low modulus or high modulus and what not.

Do I want sealant or adhesive? Isn't everything adhesive anyway?

I was thinking of getting this: https://www.toolstation.com/soudal-trade-multi-purpose-silicone/p97662

or this https://www.toolstation.com/bostik-pu91-polyurethane-construction-sealant/p12512

I also have a case of CT1 but it is clear not white: https://www.toolstation.com/ct1-adhesive-sealant/p85802

Low modulus neutral cure. Make sure it is not too cold out and that surfaces are suitably prepared.

Silirub LMN is a good general purpose choice as it tools very well.

Done! I had ordered CT1 from Amazon in white (cheapest I could find) but Eurocell sell the Sili LMN and they show it on their installation videos too, so I got 20 tubes from them and some white trim to hide some larger gaps.

Perfect timing on this for me as I've just discovered the sealant on all my windows has pealed away after only 2 years. Hope they do anthracite as well as clear...
