Sill Overhang Query

Hi...

Just about to have some new UPVC windows fitted on a newly built extension. Is there a minimum sill overhang measurement that is required to satisfy building regs?

I would prefer to use a stub sill to match the rest of the property, but have been told this may not be possible as it doesn't protrude enough.

Any info would be appreciated
