this is my first attempt at a forum so please excuse any mistakes
I've been asked to fix a Sime super 90. when a hot tap is turned on there is a long wait till the hot water starts flowing. I'm corgi registered, but live in a rural area where combi's arn't very common. I've looked at the instructions and am guessing the diverter valve could be faulty.
Any comments would be appreceated. Happy to supply Corgi number, but don't know if thats a good idea on a forum?

Keep number to yourself matey ;)

As for the fault - First thing first... How far away is the tap from the draw-off? Has the problem only just occured or is it an ongoing issue?

When you open the tap; if you look on the diverter valve; you'll see a sindle extend and hit a microswitch... Does this do this or does that too take a long time?

it's a new problem, all taps worked fine till recently. havn't visited boiler site yet, its a long journey and i'm trying to limit waisted trips.it's one of these jobs I regret saying yes to ! better just bite the bullet and go and check out the valve and microswitch. Thanks . Is the diverter valve a common fault ?
