Sime super 90 boiler problem

Today I disconnected the pipes feeding a sink adjacent to my combi boiler, it was working fine before but now the pilot light only starts up but no main burner.
No water or central heating. is it a water problem or a coincedence?

Check you've turned everything back on - gas, water, electrics, stats etc
