Simple practical question .... I think

Could someone explain what a choc-box is and why it might be necessary or useful. Could you direct me to one in a catalog eg. Screwfix.

Also, could someone take me thru installing a henley block - detail by detail, say for installing a shower C/U and a couple of extra circuits - a diagram or pics would be great.

If you meant choc-box and not choc-block, that's these:

And you need them because terminal strips should not be used without mechanical protection.
