Single cold radiator

For me the TRV is the myson thermostat and the valve is the radiator section.
The valve looks new and the TRV definitely.

My wife was trying to listen in while the engineer was on the phone and he was saying he hadn't "milked it" whatever than means.
 
Ha ha, probably he hasn't milked the job because he feels sorry for your poor cold family.

Time to get that rad off the wall and go for it with a hosepipe, I think.
 
Dam, I was hopig milking it was a technical term.
Oh well looks like I nee to make a mess.
