Single Rad half is warm only

If it was on the return it wouldn't inject anything so I don't think it would work. Surely, hot water injection into a designer radiator must be on the feed.

It would work as a return just wouldn't think the rad would heat up very evenly, if it was acting as the return, the columns beyond the return outflow probably wouldn't get much heat. I would certainly think it would be designed to be on the flow, kinda pointless otherwise IMO.

Bain of our lives these stupid tubular 'designer' rads, almost as bad an invention as chrome towel rails to heat anything apart from towels

Thanks for help on this ... This rad project fixed solely with your help. Mad that a 19£ convector rad is better than that "designer radiator" , which yes was installed incorrectly.

(My other project of swapping out valves on another is no longer necessary. I have so many questions on that but they will wait ...... For that I've amassed a stack of tools for the job.)
