having problem with sink not draining away,washing machine waste outlet attached to sink waste and this waste comes up into sink,no blockage under sink in any pipes,help??

It could the the layout of the trap under the sink (picture please), or a blockage - have you tried a chemical cleaners?
Boil up a couple of big saucepans of water, and pour it all down the sink. That at least will heat up the blockage and soften it, if not clear it. Immediately boil them up again, and repeat. The second deluge often clears it.
