Our 5 year old sink trap is leaking. First the sink wasn't draining properly so we cleared out the trap, there was nothing in there but the sink started draining. Now it's leaking. It's a very slow leak. We tightened up the screw but still no luck. Any ideas?

Depending on where it leaks ,there will most likely be some type of seal that needs refitting or replacing.

Replace the trap, assuming that's what is leaking. The seals go brittle over time, often once disturbed, they wont seal again.
