Sink waste pipe

Hey guys,

Possibly a simple one for you all. Just wondering if the only logical way to resolve this (sink trap not lining up with outer wall pipe) would be to move the waste pipe going out of the wall?

Logically makes sense but was potentially hoping for an easier solution!

You need to move the waste pipe to a much lower position ,as you suspect.

Not a problem, thank you for the reply. I've already taken the waste pipe out of the wall so will core a new hole. Just wanted to check, thank you!
