Hi guys

Was wondering what kind of price I would be looking at to have a renovated factory floor (my living room) skimmed so i can lay laminate or wood. Really uneven due to the floor being slabbed and concreted in places.

Or would it be better to concrete by myself and self level?

Cheers Guys

Your living room alone is 80m squared i.e. 80m x 80m!!!

Jees, how big is your bathroom.

Surely you mean 80sq m? Even that is big and a heck of a lot of floor levelling compound.

Price will depend on thickness to be laid
Thickness to be laid will determine material to be used.
