Hi, ive just finished building the shell of my new porch (brick/block) and im ready to get the inside done. Firstly do i need to leave it to "dry out" before i start plastering. Secondly im going to plasterboard it and then skim it. Will i still PVA the new plasterboard or do you just skim straight on. And can anybody recommend a good plaster to use.

I would allow a few of days for the mortar to dry on the internal block work.
You do not need to PVA plasterboards prior to plastering, you can if you want to but it is not necessary.
Unfortunately I cannot recommend a plasterer in the Leicestershire area.
