I have just moved to a new house, connected my box and got no signal. The cables appear to be continuous from box to lnb. Could it be the wrong lnb? (Sky Q?). Anyway to test?

Message on tv is that sky HD box isn’t getting a signal.

Thanks for the extra picture. Yep, that's a Sky Q LNB. It won't work with normal Sky boxes.

If you're running Sky/Sky+/Sky+HD boxes then you'll need to swap out the LNB for a standard Sky Quad unit. The dish and arm should be fine as they are.

Yeah. Before you disconnect or unscrew anything, make sure any connected Sky boxes are unplugged from the mains socket.

Next, see those number marks 12345? See which one lines up with the mark on the bracket. Remember that.

Next, where the cables go in, that section is telescopic. Push the cover UP to reveal the plug ends. Once the cables are off then undo the clamp bracket.

Install is the reverse of removal.
