Our picture on Sky has suddenly gone a shade of green - it has done this before but with a bit of fiddling with wires etc we've managed to get it back to normal. However this time we haven't. Have rung the help line who after telling me to do this and that ie turn off set at wall take out scart leads and then put back - still the same. Was told it had to be the scart lead as it governs the picture and sound and to tr, another one. Well , will have to go out and buy one but before I do does anyone know it this would solve it or could it be a fault within the Sky box?

may be a daft question, but is the picture ok on normal TV, and dvd etc, if not its the TV not the box,
if its just with the sky, try a differant scart cable, and different socket on the TV, if you have more than 1 as it could be a bad connection in the scart socket.

.............Problem now solved thanks to son in law !! Not sure exactly what was wrong but had the scart cables in the wrong output/inputs - didn't realise there was a right or wrong ones to put them in !! Anyhow picture is better than ever now. !
