Slab reinforcement- steel or fibres

New slab for a garage being layed. 19x19ft slab, 5inch thick around the outside 3ft all round, then 2inch sitting on top the old slab in the middle.

Any recommendations on the type of reinforcement? Steel grid or fibres mixed with the concrete? Pre fab garage sat on top of it.
