Slabs problem

Lonner, obviously I’ll be getting a different landscaper in to relay this patio. How on earth do I filter out the good from the bad, especially as the last guy came highly recommended!

What would you recommend for the joints?
 
Ian, I understand riven isn’t perfectly flat. That isn’t my issue if you had read my original post
 
well, if the guy laying them is good at this puzzle

he would be able to sort them to reduce the edges

unfortunately that puzzle is hard enough without a completely random selection of pieces
