Slats for Concrete Fencing Post

We have concrete fencing posts. Does anyone know whether, on the market, there are any concrete or plastic planks - which can be placed and built up - between the concrete posts rather than using wooden fencing panels?

This is exactly what we were looking for but the firm is in Wales and product and delivery to expensive.
If they did something like this in hardwearing plastic it would probably be cheaper.
