Sliding Patio door Key lost

hi, I have lost the key for my patio sliding door, the lock is situated in the middle at the bottom where the 2 doors join it also has a push in button that stops the door from opening and just above it theres a key hole, but i have lost the key. Any ideas if i can open the lock and change the barrel or whats my best option. The door is in locked postion. thanks
