Slight drip from radiator...

My mother has laminate flooring and she called me to say she found a small puddle of water on the floor by the radiator.

Forgot to take a photo of it but did fine a similar picture on the net, the drip is coming from the open ended bit, it points down towards the floor.

I need to know, what part I tighten up?
