Can I slope a flitch beam between 2 timber wall plates at about 5 degrees?

Of course, as long as the bearings are as designed, I assume this is designed by an SE. 5 degrees isn't much but I would think it'll need tying in or cutting a birds mouth (let's avoid the birds mouth debate again!)

I've got no bearing design as it was originally designed for a flat roof so birds mouth and some angle brackes should do it then.
SE is on holiday :(

Surely you would do the structure flat and use angled timbers to get the fall required? Or is there another reason for sloping it? At the risk of starting a can of worms thread again, you need to make sure nothing is going to slide off or push anything over, which we can guess is fine, but the SE can calculate.
