Hi..I have just installed a Torbrck bottom fill inlet valve in my toilet cistern. The fill rate is very slow compared to the old valve (which wasn't a torbeck). The torbeck has a srew type flow restrictor inside the inlet tube for high pressure reduction and also comes with a spare restrictor. Is it safe to remove the restrictor altogether or is the spare supposed to be used to increase the flow rate?

thanks

I suppose you are using a low pressure feed from a loft tank?

In that case remove all restrictors!

Tony
