There is a slow but fairly constant 'drip' coming out of the internal unit of my air source heat pump. It's coming out of a tube that looks deliberately there to take this water out from inside the unit where it might do harm. This drip seems to be causing my central heating loop to lose pressure as I keep having to top it up once every day or two to bring it back to 1.5 bar. If I leave it (or forget) it drops low enough to cause an error on the heat pump.
The drip is from this left most grey pipe connected to the silver cylinder at the top.

I will call the plumber but if this is something I might be able to tackle my self that would be great.
More context:
We have a 'home boost' system because our pressure/flow rate is so slow from the mains (rural property). This brings the pressure up to 3 bar. I first notice the issue above after a water outage cause the pump to run dry, then I couldn't get it restarted for a number of days (took me a while to find out it was air locked) so ran for a while on the bypass which has a much lower flow rate. There were numerous issue with pressure/flow in this time (to be expected) but when I did finally figure out I needed to bleed the booster and got the system back and running at pressure (bypass off) a few days later I noticed this issue. This may be unrelated or may not. It's now been going on for some time.
