Small area of rendering

I have to render over a small area above a front door approximately 6inches by 12 inches. It is raised from the surrounding area.

What is the best way to do this? I would get someone in but trying to get builders to do things round these parts is difficult enough especially for small jobs!

Is there a premixed or add water product I could use?
