small crack in shower head

There is a small crack in the end of the hose + plastic mount for the shower head.
I tried using sealant but couldn't seal it properly as the water seems to form a small bubble ie pushing out of the crack.
Is there anything else I could use to seal this?

Shower heads and hoses are not expensive, buy new would be my advice.

not sure I can as it's a hose that fits to a filter bottle to filter out hard water.
Seems to have a specific size on one end that is hard to find.
