Small gaps in oak floating floor

I've just laid an oak floating floor and it does look good. However, it's spoiled slightly by a gap of about 1 - 2mm between the odd plank over part of the length.. The tongue has been driven home & glued but there seems to be a larger machining tolerance than I would have liked or the boards have slightly warped whilst they spent 10 days acclimatising.
The boards are finished with hard wax oil.
Any suggestions what to use to fill these gaps? Unfortunately, I haven't sanded at all so there is no wood dust available.

It might settle over a few days due to further acclimatisation.
