The thing about WC is it is best operated at a comfort and a setback temperature.
If it is operated ON OFF on reheat times with the lower flow temperature the time for reheat will vary due to the changes in external temperature affecting the flow to the radiators.
If you boiler can be configured dual temperature that would be best.
