Smeg cooker! Oven and grill not working.

Hi there,
Can anyone give me advise on my smug cooker please . The problem is the single oven and grill does not heat up anymore . The ventilation fans works but nothing else.
The clock and extracter fan works fine so it can't be a fuse can it?. Also the 6 burner hob works fine. It is a electric oven and grill.
The model no is A 1 - 2.
Please help.

sounds like the regulator has failed (the stat switch attached to the rear of the knob)
