smeg dishwasher problem help !!

can anyone tell me why my smeg slimline dishwasher is leaking water in to the base of the machine ?

there is a grey plastic inlet hole on the side of the machine (inside) which is dripping water and eventually fills the bottom. any help would be appreciated out there !!
