smiths kick space heater

I have a smiths space saver heater in the kitchen of my new house.

I have switched it on and the fan comes on but it only seems to blow out cold air.

The heating pipes connected to it are hot.

Any suggestions as to what the problem could be please?

Have you tried bleeding it?

Are the isolating valves open?
