You can't, that's why they don't, otherwise they would.
A majority of domestic sockets are RCD protected anyway, so if you had a N & E swap, upon taking any load the RCD would trip.
Nevertheless 
I reacon those are sensing current and are fairly low values. They may have only gone a little high. Clip one leg a mesure the current values.
