Socket Side of Shaving Light not working

Hello guys,

I have a dual voltage shaving light which just stopped working. The light switch which is a rope pulled still works but the socket part which supplies 110/220v stopped working.

I believe its nothing about wiring because the light still works, what would you recommend I look out for?

The wires, switch and transformer that control the socket.

Could be a failed transformer.
Or a poor socket ?

Probably replace the light
