Soffits & Facias

i am planning to replace my old wooden Facias and soffits for the upvc type, can anyone tell me if it is easy enough to do myself or should I leave it to an expert?

7 bedroomed house/2 bed bungalow?

Easy access? Large pan tiles or small slates? Straight all round or gables?

3 Bed Semi, tiled roof, just front and back straights and no gable

capping (covering with pvc) is fairly easy but replacing is quite hard if never done before.

sometimes when you rip off the old wood, the little timber noggins come off at the same time.

Give it a go if you want but i'd save it for the professionls.
