Thinking of buying sortware to do certification

Has anyone used this and how do they rate each make / software?

I have megger test equip which is not downloadable so would need to type results in each time.

I do mine in excel. It is easy to design your own.

The IEE provide them on their web site in PDF, with editable fields on all the juicy bits.
