The house was built 1984. The clay gully I removed has an internal diameter of 120mm and inner of 100mm.

The pipe has a rubber adapter on it, I didn't remove but also think it's a 120mm to 100mm adapter (I had it a few month ago where the pipe was definitely not 110mm but there was a 100 to 110mm adapter on it).

I'm looking to remove the gully and plug the pipe but can't find much in the way of 120mm/100mm kit, appears to be non-standard?

Should be standard 100mm measuring the internal diameter. That black piece appears to be a collar, so remove that, try a dc-1bl and plug cap for it.

Looks like a section of 'HepSleve' which, if memory serves me correctly, is slightly bigger OD than the current 'SuperSleve' offering.

Any generic cap of that size should do the job, or cut a piece of rigid plastic to suit the internal diameter of the collar, drop that in to cover the pipe and cap off with some mortar or fine concrete.
