Soil Pipe in run of rafter

Hi,

I'm doing a small extension to rear of my house - re-routing the existing soil vent pipe for my upstairs bathroom through the roof void of my ground floor extension - building conotrol are fine with this but they've asked for a rodding point on the roof - is there a product for this?

Thanks for the reply seco services - my concern though is going through the roof felt and tiles and how to achieve this to ensure water tightness?
