soil pipe offset

hi I have a internal soil pipe which is 90mm away from the wall but I want to get this back at least another 50 -60 mm, the other problem is I need to connect a soil pipe connector to this for a toilet so height is a issue any advise please as this is a concrete floor
the only thing I can think of is to dig around it and put some kind of connector to it

There are many Pans nowadays that allow for the old 'difficult siuation' of replacing a low level pan for a close coupled , some have pan spigot about 300mm from wall.
