Soil Pipes

I have to fit a new toilet in an internal room. Can anyone advise the correct fall in the soil pipe. Its about 4m from the existing soil stack and I'm nervous about ending up with a toilet 3ft off the ground!!

)
Always helps if the bit off the pan is steeper. 45º there is better than 90 down followed by another 90, if you see what I mean.
