Soil Stack / vent pipe question

Hi

I have a soil stack that doesn't have any Wcs teeing into it - looks like it is just venting the drains. The downstairs Wc goes straight under the floor and into the drain.

Does anyone know if this stack can be teed into for an upstairs WC?

It is more than likely a secondary stack used as a vent only, as you have pointed out that there doesn't appear to be any vent stack from your w.c.'s. I would advise against using this stack for anything except venting

you mentioned "secondary stack" - there isn't any other stack on the house - not sure it that changes anything?

Its basically just used as a vent for the system
