solar water heating help

I am trying to find out a bit of information about the system fitted in our house, the glendhill tank i have emailed the manufacturer so that should be ok but the control panel for it has a light flashing on it and i have no instructions for it, the only thing on it is global energy direct but cant find anything online, just wondering if anyone has ever installed such a thing

Which light is flashing?

Post those patent numbers, it may be possible to track down info from them.

the eupore pat number is 0 880 659
the us is 6 047 696
