solid and reliable motion sensor switch

I am fed up with pizza delivery guys breaking the wall switch in main hallway. I am looking for a solid reliable motion sensor switch that opens the lights automatically when someone comes in the communal hallway. Any recommendations?

Personally I'd avoid stuff that "doesn't require a neutral" if at all possible, the tricks needed to get power in that scenario can cause problems with low energy bulbs.

I'd replace the switch with a blanking plate and use a ceiling mounted PIR out of reach of trouble.

May not be an option if there is multi-way switching though.

I'd report the pizza delivery guys to the police for criminal damage.
