Solid bathroom plinth removal

Has anyone come across one of these vanity units before?

I didn't notice the plinth with the flush on was solid and runs all the way under the sink. I need to access the cistern as I have a leak.

I've been In touch with the seller I got it from but they haven't been able to help. I didn't fit the unit so don't know how it was fixed or if there are clips internally.

Has anyone seen this type before and knows how to access the inside?

I have a plumber coming Tuesday to fix the leak but the cistern needs to be exposed before they arrive.

The bit behind the pan should lift out once the pan is moved. The panel with the flush button should have been removable as should the top above the cistern.

That's gonna involve me removing all the caulk etc isn't it. I was hoping someone would have seen one like this before and knew if it had clips inside so I didn't have to start disassembling it.
