Hi guys, I am looking to lay a reclaimed 22mm solid oak t&g floor over glued 22mm P5 boards, floating over 120mm Kingspan insulation, over Visquine DPM, over treated concrete floor in our garage conversion.
It is 6 metres square but the oak floor will only cover 1/3 with the other 2/3 carpeted, there will be a small kitchen area over the oak part so there is a chance of occasional liquid spillage, but nothing that wouldn't be wiped up immediately.
I would like to know what the pro's recommend on how to achieve the best results. Thanks in advance.
