First, a strange one. Have you ever seen a transformer looking like a choke before?

One of the retaining lugs was bent out of the way to allow this.
This is what caused the fuse to pop!
This is the CU feeding the lighting that popped...
This is the MEB to water. The three conductors are only just holding in place under the screw, the outgoing conductor to the gas is not continuous & the clamp is missing the warning label AND its strap tensioning screw...
I think someone tried to widen the hole in the wall here, to allow another conductor (to the gas) to be fed through the wall...
