Some radiators hot, some not!

Hi. All the radiators in my home work fine apart from the on in the kitchen, (which has always been stone cold) and the one in the back hall which goes lukewarm at best. I have tried bleeding the rads but the cold one in the kitchen let out a bit of air and then started spurting black liquid(!) and the one in the back hall just squirted water at me. At the end of the process, nothing has changed.
Any tips/thought?

sounds like your kitchen one is full of muck in the bottom and system needs balancing

Make sure the valves are open at both ends of the radiator!!

Try turning the hot radiators off and see if the cold ones get hot!

Hi. Thanks. I will get someone in to look at it to balance the system. I have done all I can I think!
