Sony Radio/CD Unit

Hi Guys

An odd thing has happened to the Head Unit on my Sony Radio / CD , it’s lost all sound ???
The Display works ok , I’ve tried it o. Radio & CD and there’s nothing , I’ve tried various combos of buttons etc

Any ideas .... pic attached

Just an idea to consider because it worked on our Hyundai i20.

Take the negative lead off the battery for a couple of hours.

The radio (original in dash unit) just needed a reboot.

Depending on the security feature you have on the radio, check you have the number code if needed.

Looks like a face off so try removing it and cleaning the contacts or just clipping it back in.

I was having a fiddle with it whilst driving today, and it seems I must have turned to down, but at the same time pushed the button , which sets it into a mode for selecting , front / back , left / right etc

I’d i advertently Switched the power off to the front Speakers .... being a Van is hasn’t got Rear speakers , altered it to Front & we are sorted
