I've bought a two bed terrace. The loft already has a decent skylight and boards you can walk on but aren't load bearing. There is loads of landing space to put in a staircase. I want to be able to convert it properly so I can market it as a third bed room. Considering the window is already there and I don't want ensuite, just the central heating extended up there, how much do you think it will cost.?(north west )
