Sound insulation bathroom floor

Hello,

I'm trying to find a sound proofing solution to noise transmission from an upstairs toilet. The toilet is sat on a concrete floor and you can hear quite clearly in the lounge down stairs any peeing and flushing.

I thought of a frame mounted toilet but the frame is still in contact with the floor so probably the sound will be transmitted in the same way.

Any idea?
